Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities from project start-up through completion. Manage subcontractors, field personnel, equipment, and material logistics. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules while monitoring daily progress. Conduct site meetings with project teams, clients, engineers, and inspectors. Identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize schedule impacts. Enforce company safety policies and regulatory compliance requirements. Review plans, specifications, and project documentation to ensure quality execution. Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple projects. Maintain accurate field reports, production tracking, and project documentation. Foster positive relationships with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a superintendent within heavy civil, utility, infrastructure, sitework, or roadway construction. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate field crews. Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost controls. Strong knowledge of osha regulations and construction safety practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout North and South Jersey. Experience with municipal, dot, underground utility, excavation, or site development projects is highly desirable.
