Superintendent - Civil Sitework - Charlottesville, VAThe Superintendent - Civil Sitework - Charlottesville, VA will:Lead all sitework, earthwork, utilities, hardscape, and landscape scopes from start to finishManage site logistics, sequencing, and coordination with civil engineers and subcontractorsOversee schedule adherence, quality control, and safety compliance during early project phasesCoordinate closely with project management, superintendents, and development teamsSupport procurement, budgeting, and cost control related to exterior construction packagesDrive issue resolution related to soils, grading, utilities, and municipal coordinationEnsure smooth transition from sitework into vertical construction activitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
