Description

• The Superintendent - Civil will:
• Lead day-to-day field operations across civil and utility construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, equipment, and site personnel.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee water, wastewater, drainage, roadway, excavation, and utility installation projects.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field challenges.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive productivity and foster a positive, team-oriented jobsite culture.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Civil should have:

• 4+yearsofSuperintendentexperienceinheavycivil,utility,sitework,orinfrastructureconstruction.
• Strongpreferenceforcandidateswith7+yearsofrelevantfieldleadershipexperience.
• Backgroundmanagingwater/wastewater,undergroundutility,drainage,orroadwayprojects.
• Provenabilitytoleadcrewsandcoordinatemultiplestakeholders.
• Strongunderstandingofconstructionscheduling,safetyprotocols,andfieldoperations.
• Validdriver'slicenseandabilitytotraveltoprojectsitesthroughoutMassachusetts.
• Excellentcommunicationandproblem-solvingskills.
