Superintendent- Civil/WaterwasteWater- Comp up to $180K + Truck

We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects across Eastern Massachusetts, with a focus on utility, infrastructure, roadway, and sitework work. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of field operations while partnering closely with executive leadership on a growing project portfolio.

Description

• Manage daily field operations for civil construction projects throughout Massachusetts.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall site performance.
• Maintain compliance with all safety requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with project management and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee construction activities involving water and sewer infrastructure, underground utilities, drainage, roadway, and sitework projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget expectations.
• Travel to project sites throughout the South Shore, Cape Cod, Greater Boston, and other Massachusetts locations as required.
• Work on-site five days per week in a field-based leadership capacity.

Profile

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a comparable field leadership role within construction.
• Experience managing civil, utility, infrastructure, roadway, or sitework construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and field coordination.
• Ability to lead crews and manage multiple project stakeholders effectively.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Massachusetts.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience.
• Background in water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Experience overseeing underground utility construction and municipal infrastructure work.
• Proven success managing large-scale civil construction projects from start to finish.
