Job Description
Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics. Maintain project schedules and proactively address potential delays. Conduct regular quality-control and safety inspections. Review plans, specifications, and project documentation. Lead subcontractor and coordination meetings. Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain project budget and schedule. Communicate effectively with clients, design teams, and trade partners. Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation. Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety requirements.

The Successful Applicant
Commercial and multifamily construction experience. Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience managing multiple trades and construction activities simultaneously. Procore or similar construction technology experience is preferred. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred.
