Description

Reporting to operational leadership, the Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities and play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects ranging from $5M to $30M. The Superintendent will be responsible for driving schedule performance, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.

• Manage daily field operations from project startup through closeout
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Lead site safety initiatives and maintain compliance with company standards
• Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to specifications
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to achieve project objectives
• Build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

Profile

For the Superintendent we are seeking:

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
• Experience delivering projects within education, healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, commercial office, retail, defense, or institutional sectors
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and field operations
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety practices, and quality standards
• Experience overseeing projects valued between $5M and $30M preferred
• Ability to travel regionally when project needs require
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success and long-term growth

Job Offer

• Base salary: $100,000 - $150,000
