Job Description
- Manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project progress.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor project quality and address any issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates.
- Oversee site logistics, including equipment and material management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Resolve on-site challenges to maintain project momentum.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing commercial building and construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.
