Superintendent - Commercial ConstructionThis opportunity is with a well-established, mid-sized organization in the property construction industry. The Superintendent, Commercial construction will be a key player in this organization.The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will:Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.Collaborate with project managers and other team members to resolve issues and optimize workflows.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment with expectations.Manage and maintain construction schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
