Superintendent
An established and growing commercial construction contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations across a diverse portfolio of ground-up and renovation projects. Job Description
- Lead daily onsite construction activities from start to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Enforce site safety standards and promote a culture of safety.
- Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project workmanship.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support project closeout activities and successful turnover to ownership.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
- Experience leading ground-up and renovation construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and jobsite activities effectively.
- Proven experience maintaining project schedules and driving project completion.
- Strong knowledge of jobsite safety requirements and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience utilizing construction management software and technology platforms.
- Stable work history demonstrating strong tenure and professional growth.
- Experience within commercial, institutional, municipal, educational, or similar project sectors is preferred.
