Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire a Field Superintendent to join our team!
You will be responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Assign job duties to all the employees
- Scope out all new projects, and perform floor/ceiling plan layout
- Mobilize all resources (tools, equipment, supplies and raw materials) to the new projects
- Maintain close coordination with the project manager / estimator
- Track progress against schedule and budget
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, supervision
- Well versed with commercial construction; specifically with means and methods as it applies to metal framing and drywall
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with customers (general contractor)
- Architectural blueprint reading
