As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to take ownership of commercial projects from the ground up and deliver them on time, on budget, and to Osman's standard.

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites, keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and at Osman's quality standard
• Work hand in hand with Project Managers to build and hold the schedule and coordinate subcontractors and self-perform crews
• Run regular site inspections for safety, building code, and contract compliance
• Get ahead of field issues and resolve them quickly, keeping clear communication with everyone on the project
• Keep accurate daily reports, inspection records, and documentation of project progress
• Represent Osman in the field with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and the surrounding community

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction
• A track record of coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to hit deadlines
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and safety practices
• Solid leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication with field crews, project teams, and clients
• Experience on LEED or sustainable projects is a plus
