Description

• The Superintendent will report directly to Project Management leadership and be responsible for day-to-day field execution across commercial construction projects.
  
  • Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
  • Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed to specifications
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
  • Communicate project progress with project management, ownership, and stakeholders
  
  
  

Profile

• For the Superintendent, we are seeking:
• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required
• Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, and field operations
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
• Ability to maintain project quality while driving schedule performance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with construction management technology and project reporting tools
• Local market experience strongly preferred
• Experience with mixed commercial projects preferred
• Candidates whose background is primarily multifamily construction will not be the ideal fit
