Superintendent - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a variety of commercial construction projects ranging from smaller renovations to ground-up builds valued at $10M+. This role offers the opportunity to lead field operations across New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts while working with a stable, growth-oriented general contractor.

Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Manage projects ranging from small renovations to complex ground-up developments valued at $10M+.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct daily site planning and oversee project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and ownership teams on project strategy, logistics, and scheduling.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
• Utilize construction technology platforms including Procore, Bluebeam, and mobile field tools.
• Travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects valued at $10M or greater.
• Ability to successfully lead both large-scale projects and smaller renovation assignments.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across a variety of project types and construction environments.
