Project Superintendent
Third generation family-owned GC seeking a Project Superintendent for Commercial and Industrial pipeline near Mobile, AL.

Job Description
- Develop the Project Vision and create the Project Schedule
- Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Predict and overcome project challenges
- Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers, Subcontractors, and property owners
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
- Maintain OSHA requirements
- Mentor less experienced construction professionals
- Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on project sites with at least a $5M contract value
- Must have experience running ground-up Commercial or Industrial projects
- Technically-savvy candidates will be more successful due to increased use of technology onsite
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to grow career in Mobile, AL
