SuperintendentThis Superintendant will:Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications.Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to prevent delays.Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment of objectives and effective resolution of any conflicts or challenges.Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, meeting minutes, change orders, and as-built drawings.Monitor project budget and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing measures to prevent budget overruns.Implement and enforce project policies and procedures, including safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.Serve as a liaison between the construction team and project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
