With a strong reputation for quality execution across multifamily, hospitality, municipal, healthcare, and commercial projects, they are seeking a Superintendent to play a critical role in delivering complex projects while helping support an ambitious growth strategy.Job DescriptionLead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement and successful project deliveryCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnelEnforce site safety standards and promote a proactive safety cultureConduct regular quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specificationsCollaborate with Project Managers to manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigationMaintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
