About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, family-owned commercial construction business experiencing significant growth throughout Coastal Georgia and the surrounding region. With a strong reputation for quality execution across multifamily, hospitality, municipal, healthcare, and commercial projects, they are seeking a Superintendent to play a critical role in delivering complex projects while helping support an ambitious growth strategy.
Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement and successful project delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel
- Enforce site safety standards and promote a proactive safety culture
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications
- Collaborate with Project Managers to manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation
- Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant
- Proven Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Experience delivering projects in multifamily, hospitality, municipal, healthcare, education, industrial, or related commercial sectors
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site logistics
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules
- Experience overseeing projects valued between $5 million and $15 million preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients, consultants, and field teams
- Proficiency with construction management software and digital project documentation tools
- Stable work history with a commitment to safety, quality, and project execution
