The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will oversee all aspects of on-site construction for commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Description

The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project staff to maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure seamless execution.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Commercial Construction should have:

• Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• MA CSL.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
