We are looking for a dependable Superintendent who can take ownership of the jobsite and help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Job Details

We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee commercial tenant improvement, retail, and renovation projects throughout Southern California.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily field operations across commercial construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Track Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, and project updates
  • Maintain project schedules and communicate delays, conflicts, and field issues
  • Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and cleanliness standards
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and internal teams
  • Lead project execution from mobilization through punch list and closeout

Qualifications

  • Commercial construction superintendent experience
  • Strong background in tenant improvement, retail, renovation, or small commercial projects
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and keep projects moving in active jobsite environments
  • Comfortable reading plans and coordinating field changes
  • Experience with construction management software, scheduling tools, and basic reporting
  • Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams
  • Ability to travel locally throughout Southern California as project needs require
