Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will report into the Project Manager and take ownership of on-site delivery across multiple commercial projects, ensuring safety, programme adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Lead daily site operations across multiple small to large-scale commercial and K-12 projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery
- Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) principles
- Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all site and organizational standards
- Monitor construction progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain timelines
- Maintain close working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Oversee reporting processes including daily logs, progress updates, and project forecasting
For the Construction Superintendent role we are seeking:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent within a general contractor environment
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction or K-12 projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies, ideally with exposure to CPM planning
- Experience overseeing tenant improvement or small-to-mid sized construction works
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using construction management software (Procore preferred)
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is advantageous
