Job Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at the construction site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory of construction materials and equipment.
