Superintendent - commercial interiors

Seeking a Superintendent to oversee commercial interiors projects throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. This role will manage field operations from project kickoff through completion, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and client expectations are met.

Description

* Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interiors projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, material deliveries, and site logistics
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
* Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders
* Oversee projects from preconstruction planning through final closeout

Profile

* 7-8+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
* Experience delivering interiors projects including office, retail, restaurant, or medical spaces
* Background working for small to mid-sized contractors preferred
* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management
* Proven ability to take projects from start-up through completion

Job Offer

Salary: $100,000-$125,000 + benefits
* Annual bonus opportunity of 5-10% plus $500/month vehicle and cell allowance
* Healthcare coverage with approximately 90% of premiums paid by the employer and 401(k) with 4% match
