Description
Job TitleLead day-to-day field operations for commercial interior construction projects.Manage project schedules and coordinate all on-site construction activities.Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.Identify and proactively resolve field issues to maintain project momentum.Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, architects, and subcontractors.Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.Monitor project progress and ensure milestone deadlines are achieved.Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company safety standards.Drive project completion while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.The Successful ApplicantA successful Superintendent should have:5-10 years of commercial construction experience.At least 1-2 years of experience as a Superintendent preferred.High-level Assistant Superintendents with 4+ years of experience will also be considered.Experience working on commercial interior construction projects.Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate field operations.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of stability and longevity with previous employers.Knowledge of construction schedules, safety requirements, and quality control processes.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary up to 120kAnnual performance-based bonusProfit-sharing planVehicle allowanceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer match3 weeks PTO to start, plus sick/personal time and company holidaysEducation assistance and certification reimbursementLife insurance
