Job Description
The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - MD will be responsible for:
- Supporting the successful execution of construction projects by managing daily field operations and site activities.
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules and productivity.
- Monitoring workmanship and quality standards to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and industry requirements.
- Promoting a strong safety culture by enforcing site safety procedures and participating in audits and safety meetings.
- Maintaining accurate daily reports, labor tracking, and project documentation.
- Assisting with project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover processes.
- Coordinating inspections and ensure timely resolution of identified deficiencies.
- Communicating project progress, challenges, and schedule updates with project leadership and stakeholders.
- Helping develop and mentor field personnel while fostering a collaborative jobsite environment.
- Taking ownership of smaller projects as experience and responsibilities grow.

The Successful Applicant
The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - MD should have:
- 5+ years of superintendent, assistant superintendent, or field leadership experience within commercial construction.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing daily site operations.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
- Experience with commercial interior projects is highly preferred.
- Motivated professional seeking long-term career growth within a stable organization.
