Superintendent | Commercial Interiors & Renovations | Orlando

Lead commercial construction projects for an established general contractor known for delivering interior renovations, tenant improvements, and specialized commercial work. This role offers the opportunity to oversee a variety of projects while working closely with senior leadership in a growing organisation.

Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities from project start through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control efforts
• Maintain detailed project reporting, documentation, and progress updates
• Utilize Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera to support project execution
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and field teams to deliver successful outcomes

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
• Ability to manage both ground-up and tenant improvement/renovation projects
• Strong project documentation and reporting capabilities
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and/or Primavera
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
