With a strong reputation for repeat business, a collaborative culture, and nationwide opportunities, they offer the stability of an established company with the agility of a close-knit team.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Managing all on-site construction activities for commercial interior, secure-space, and government-related projects.Leading and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.Developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules to achieve key milestones and deadlines.Enforcing safety standards, quality requirements, and compliance with project specifications.Conducting regular site walks, inspections, and punch list management to ensure exceptional project delivery.Reviewing construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and resolving field-related challenges.Coordinating material procurement, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.Acting as the primary on-site representative for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.Partnering closely with Project Managers to manage scheduling, budgeting, and project performance.Traveling to project sites as required to support successful project delivery.The Successful ApplicantA successful Superintendent should have:Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial interior construction.Experience supporting SCIF, secure-space, federal, defence, or highly regulated projects is preferred.Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, subcontractor management, site safety, and quality control.Experience using Procore and Bluebeam is highly desirable.Familiarity with Vista, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is a plus.OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification with company support.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and step into projects with a "hit the ground running" mentality.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.What's on OfferReasons to apply to this Superintendent role:Opportunity to work on unique SCIF, secure-space, and mission-critical construction projects.Employee ownership through an ESOP program, allowing you to share in the company's success.Competitive compensation package with bonus potential, vehicle allowance, and strong healthcare coverage.Consistent pipeline of projects across corporate interiors, federal work, and secure facilities.Join a respected, relationship-driven contractor with a collaborative culture and strong repeat-client base.
