Opportunity to work with an established GC in Tampa, strong pipeline & culture. Must have 2+ years ground up commercial construction experience/renovations.

Job Description
- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of project plans and schedules.
