Description

* Lead field operations on ground-up and renovation projects valued at $30M+.
* Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and site logistics.
* Coordinate closely with project management teams to achieve budget and schedule goals.
* Drive construction activities from mobilization through turnover and closeout.
* Maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery.

Profile

* Proven Senior Superintendent experience on vertical construction projects.
* Track record delivering projects valued at $30M+ from start to finish.
* High-rise construction experience is required.
* Stable employment history with no more than 3 employers in the past 10 years.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
