The Superintendent - Commercial will oversee on-site operations for construction projects, ensuring timely completion and maintaining quality standards. This role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety compliance on projects in or around the Minnesota area.

Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project progress.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor project quality and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates.
• Oversee site logistics, including equipment and material management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Resolve on-site challenges to maintain project momentum.

Profile

• Experience managing commercial building and construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
