Superintendent - Commercial

Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and daily field operations. Develop and maintain short-term and long-term project schedules. Enforce site safety requirements and promote a proactive safety culture. Serve as the primary onsite representative for clients, architects, and consultants. Monitor project quality and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications. Resolve field challenges and coordinate solutions with project management teams. Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project communication.

A successful Superintendent - Commercial should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial building and construction. Experience leading ground-up construction and/or building additions. Proven ability to independently run projects valued at $2M+. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously. Professional, polished communication skills and strong client presence. Industrial or manufacturing construction experience is highly desirable. Background with a larger commercial general contractor is a plus.

Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 annually. Company truck and fuel card provided. Annual performance bonus opportunity.
