Description
For the Superintendent role we are seeking:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
- Experience leading projects in healthcare, education, retail, office, manufacturing, industrial, or commercial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and site operations.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive project execution.
- Experience on projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required by project needs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A team-oriented professional who values integrity, accountability, and long-term career growth.
Profile
The Superintendent will report to regional construction leadership and work closely alongside Project Managers in a collaborative project delivery environment. This Superintendent role offers responsibility for managing field operations on projects ranging from $5M to $30M.
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Manage daily field operations and proactively resolve project challenges.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, project teams, and trade partners.
- Oversee site documentation, progress reporting, and project closeout activities.
Job Offer
- Base salary of $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience.
