Superintendent
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities and serve as the primary field leader throughout the project lifecycle. This Superintendent role offers the opportunity to manage diverse commercial construction projects while driving safety, schedule, and quality objectives.
Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics.
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite safety.
Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure quality execution.
Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and resolve field challenges to minimize impacts on budget, schedule, and project performance.

For the Superintendent we are seeking:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
- Experience managing ground-up and/or interior renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proven experience managing subcontractor relationships and field teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
- OSHA certification preferred.
Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
Company vehicle provided.
