We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent

With a solid backlog of projects and long-term client relationships, the company is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver successful projects across the region.This is a field leadership role for a superintendent who takes pride in running organized job sites, building strong subcontractor relationships, and delivering projects safely and efficiently. The company values experienced builders who lead from the front, communicate clearly, and take ownership of project success. Leadership is accessible, decisions are practical, and superintendents are trusted to manage their projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily field operations on commercial and industrial projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Maintain safety standards and job site organization
  • Review drawings and ensure quality field execution
  • Communicate with project managers and leadership
  • Support project planning and scheduling

What We’re Looking For
  • Experienced commercial or industrial construction superintendent
  • Strong field leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and active job sites
  • Organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented
  • Willingness to travel to project locations as needed

Because the company performs government and institutional work, candidates must have:
  • Clean background
  • Clean MVR

Compensation & Benefits
  • $30–$45 per hour with overtime
  • work 3-weeks in field and 1-weekend home
