We are representing a well-established New Hampshire commercial construction firm seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple active and upcoming projects. This is a high-priority hire driven by a growing project backlog and immediate staffing needs, offering the opportunity to lead complex projects across healthcare, multifamily, commercial, and corporate construction sectors.

Description

• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site activities
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
• Enforce site safety standards and quality control procedures
• Lead construction activities from mobilization through project completion
• Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Utilize Procore to maintain project documentation and communication

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
• Experience managing projects in the $5M-$40M range
• Background in one or more of the following sectors:
  • Core & shell construction
  • Tenant fit-outs
  • Healthcare and hospital projects
  • Mechanical construction projects
  • Multifamily residential developments
• Proven ability to lead field operations and manage subcontractor performance
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Procore
• Ability to work across project sites throughout New Hampshire
