Job Description
Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site activities. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved. Enforce site safety standards and quality control procedures. Lead construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants. Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Utilize Procore to maintain project documentation and communication.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Experience managing projects in the $5M-$40M range
- Background in one or more of the following sectors:
- Core & shell construction
- Tenant fit-outs
- Healthcare and hospital projects
- Mechanical construction projects
- Multifamily residential developments
- Proven ability to lead field operations and manage subcontractor performance
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Procore
- Ability to work across project sites throughout New Hampshire
