SuperintendentAs a Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full responsibility for on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities for ground-up projectsManage subcontractors, site teams, and sequencing of workDevelop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherenceEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulationsCoordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and design teamsMonitor quality control and resolve on-site issues proactivelyProvide regular site updates and progress reports to stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
