Description
As a Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full responsibility for on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.
- Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities for ground-up projects
- Manage subcontractors, site teams, and sequencing of work
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and design teams
- Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Provide regular site updates and progress reports to stakeholders
Profile
For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven experience delivering ground-up projects within the $10M-$30M range
- Experience across light industrial, education, office, or retail sectors
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site management best practices
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Ability to lead field teams and drive programme performance
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
