Job Description
Oversee daily site operations on commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and site logistics. Maintain project safety, quality, and compliance standards. Track progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and subcontractors
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards, processes, and best practices
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectively
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track
- A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance
What's on Offer
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + benefits + bonus potential. Car allowance, gas card, company credit card, and 50% health insurance contribution.
