Superintendent - Community-Impact Projects - BaltimoreThe Superintendent - Community-Impact Projects - Baltimore will be responsible for:Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completionManage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety on assigned projectsCoordinate closely with ownership, project management, and design teamsOversee commercial renovation and adaptive reuse scopes, including historic elementsDrive project delivery for $10-15M developments without onsite assistant supportUtilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage documentation, reporting, and communicationEnsure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, efficient jobsiteKick off on a mechanical upgrade project at a historic high school site, with future projects focused on mixed-use and restoration workMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
