Our client is a well-established construction management firm known for delivering complex, high-quality projects across several growing market sectors. Lead all on-site construction activities for commercial ground-up projects valued at $10M+. Champion jobsite safety, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners throughout project execution. Drive project schedules through look-ahead planning, sequencing, and daily field coordination. Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate inspections, permitting activities, and interactions with local authorities having jurisdiction. Manage site logistics, mobilization efforts, commissioning activities, and project closeout. Partner closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership to achieve project milestones. Utilize scheduling and field reporting technologies to track project progress and documentation. Support implementation of BIM/VDC processes on technology-driven construction projects.

10+ years of field supervision experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience leading ground-up construction projects valued at $10M or greater. Stable career history with reputable general contractors. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics. Experience managing multiple subcontractors on active jobsites. Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent tools. Comfortable using digital field reporting, documentation, and mobile project management platforms. Ability to commute to project sites throughout Boston, Metro Boston, and the surrounding suburbs. Life science, manufacturing, or multifamily project experience is highly preferred. BIM/VDC exposure is a plus.
