Description

  • Lead all on‑site construction activities for commercial interior and tenant improvement projects
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and daily field operations
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and security requirements, including secure badging protocols
  • Coordinate closely with project management, self‑perform carpentry teams, and clients
  • Oversee one primary project at a time, with the potential to manage smaller concurrent scopes as needed
  • Maintain clear documentation, site reporting, and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior fit‑out projects
  • Proven exposure to high‑end interiors such as office, healthcare, government, higher education, SCIF, or technology environments
  • Strong understanding of working in occupied, secure, or mission‑critical facilities
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening to obtain secure site badging
  • Willingness to travel is a plus, but not required
