Description
- Run day-to-day jobsite operations across commercial interiors and retail projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and trade coordination
- Ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard
- Conduct site inspections, manage punch lists, and maintain quality control
- Work closely with Project Managers to keep everything moving efficiently
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interiors/retail projects in NYC
- Strong knowledge of fast-track fit-outs, site coordination, and finishes
- Confident leader who can manage multiple trades and keep projects on schedule
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented on site
- Team player with a solid work ethic and strong communication skills
