Description

• • Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial interiors and retail projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and site logistics
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee punch list completion
  • Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve site issues

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• • Experience as a Superintendent on commercial interiors and/or retail fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on, organized, and proactive approach to project delivery
  • NYC construction experience is highly preferred
