Job Details

• Oversee daily field operations across one or more active construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work stays on schedule and meets quality standards
• Develop and manage overall project schedules in partnership with project management
• Lead site safety programs and enforce OSHA compliance across all trades
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field level issue resolution
• Manage manpower planning and site logistics
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control walkthroughs
• Collaborate with project executives and owners on project status and milestones
• Mentor and develop superintendents and field staff

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with significant time in a superintendent role
• Strong background managing large scale commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on complex, fast moving job sites
• OSHA 30 certification

Preferred:

• OSHA 30 or higher, if not already required
• Experience with union labor environments
• Proficiency with Procore or comparable construction management software
• Experience in a specific project sector relevant to Walsh's portfolio (aviation, transportation, water infrastructure, healthcare)
