Job Details- Oversee daily field operations across one or more active construction sites
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work stays on schedule and meets quality standards
- Develop and manage overall project schedules in partnership with project management
- Lead site safety programs and enforce OSHA compliance across all trades
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field level issue resolution
- Manage manpower planning and site logistics
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control walkthroughs
- Collaborate with project executives and owners on project status and milestones
- Mentor and develop superintendents and field staff
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with significant time in a superintendent role
- Strong background managing large scale commercial construction projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on complex, fast moving job sites
- OSHA 30 certification
Preferred:
- OSHA 30 or higher, if not already required
- Experience with union labor environments
- Proficiency with Procore or comparable construction management software
- Experience in a specific project sector relevant to Walsh's portfolio (aviation, transportation, water infrastructure, healthcare)
