Their project portfolio includes healthcare facilities, laboratories, veterinary clinics, office buildings, retail spaces, restaurants, religious institutions, and other commercial developments.Job DescriptionManage daily field operations on commercial construction projects ranging from tenant fit-outs to large-scale ground-up developments.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.Maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential delays or conflicts.Enforce site safety standards and company compliance procedures.Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications.Track project progress and document site activities.The Successful Applicant2-10 years of experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor.Experience overseeing commercial construction projects, including both ground-up and interior fit-out work.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and subcontractor management.Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, project teams, and ownership.Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary: up to 125K (based on experience).Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.401K Plan.Paid Time Off and Paid Vacation.Opportunity to work on a diverse mix of commercial projects ranging from $600K renovations to $30M+ developments.Long-term career growth with a stable contractor known for exceptional employee retention.Collaborative leadership team with direct access to ownership and senior management.
