Known for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong relationships with homeowners and architects, they have established themselves as a leader in the high-end residential construction market.Job DescriptionAs a Superintendent - Construction - Greenwich, you will be responsible for:Managing all day-to-day field operations on custom home projectsSupervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnelMaintaining project schedules and driving milestone completionCoordinating architects, designers, engineers, and consultantsConducting quality control inspections throughout constructionOverseeing installation of high-end finishes and custom detailsManaging site logistics, deliveries, and material coordinationLeading safety meetings and enforcing OSHA regulationsReviewing plans, specifications, and construction documentsIdentifying and resolving field issues proactivelyMaintaining daily reports and project documentationCoordinating inspections and certificate of occupancy requirementsSupporting punch-list completion and project turnoverThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have:5+ years of Superintendent experience in residential constructionExtensive experience building luxury custom homesStrong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencingExperience managing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finishesAbility to read and interpret architectural and structural drawingsExperience working directly with homeowners, architects, and designersStrong scheduling and subcontractor management skillsOSHA 30 Certification preferredExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary: $130,000 - $200,000+Annual performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysVehicle allowance or mileage reimbursementLong-term pipeline of luxury custom home projectsOpportunity to build some of Connecticut's finest residencesProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesStable company with an outstanding reputationCollaborative and family-oriented company culture
