Their portfolio includes high-end penthouses overlooking Central Park, historic townhouse restorations, luxury brownstone renovations, and bespoke apartment interiors, earning them a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and white-glove client service.As Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan, you will be responsible for:Managing all day-to-day construction activities on luxury residential projectsOverseeing full-gut renovations, penthouse fit-outs, and townhouse restorationsCoordinating subcontractors, vendors, and specialty tradesMaintaining project schedules and ensuring milestone completionManaging custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, metal, and finish installationsConducting quality control inspections throughout constructionLeading site safety meetings and enforcing OSHA standardsReviewing drawings, specifications, and finish schedulesCoordinating deliveries and site logistics in occupied buildingsWorking directly with architects, designers, and homeownersIdentifying and resolving field issues proactivelyMaintaining daily reports and project documentationSupporting punch-list completion and project closeoutThe successful candidate will have:5+ years of Superintendent experienceExtensive luxury residential renovation experienceProven background managing penthouses, townhouses, brownstones, or custom residencesStrong knowledge of high-end interior construction and finishesExperience coordinating millwork, cabinetry, stone, lighting, and specialty tradesAbility to read and interpret architectural and design drawingsExperience working in occupied luxury residential buildingsOSHA 30 Certification preferredStrong communication and client-facing skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesWhat's on offer:Competitive base salary: $150,000 - $220,000+Annual performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysCommuter benefits or transportation allowanceLong-term pipeline of luxury Manhattan projectsOpportunity to work on iconic penthouses and townhousesProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and highly respected leadership teamStable company with an outstanding reputation in the luxury residential market
