Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and enforce site safety protocols.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain quality standards.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality expectations.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control by managing resources efficiently.
