Job Description
- Manage daily construction site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet project objectives.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards across all site activities.
- Inspect work progress and ensure quality control throughout all project phases.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and permits.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan should have:
