Job Description
Manage day-to-day on-site operations of construction projects. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Communicate project updates with stakeholders and address concerns as necessary. Oversee quality control to ensure work is completed to the highest standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment on project goals.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan should have:
