Job Description
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute project schedules.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
